OUR LEADERS

CHRISTIAN (CECE) WORLEY
Founder & Executive Director
Christian (Cece) Worley is the founder of The Reconciliation Project and serves as the Executive Director. She is a passionate civil rights advocate, legal scholar, and visionary leader committed to dismantling systemic racism and cultivating Christ-centered racial reconciliation.
A current law student at Georgetown University and a proud Marshall-Motley Scholar, Cece brings a unique blend of academic excellence, lived experience, and spiritual conviction to her work. Before founding The Reconciliation Project, Christian worked across local, state, and federal government sectors as a public servant. Her policy and legal training, combined with a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina Central University, fuels her interdisciplinary approach to justice.
Born and raised in poverty and shaped by the realities of racial injustice, Cece's life has been one of resilience, faith, and purpose. Her calling to launch TRP emerged from a deep burden to challenge white supremacy within the American church and to inspire courageous dialogue between spiritual leaders and their congregations.
Cece's voice is both prophetic and practical, anchored in truth and love. She envisions TRP not only as an initiative, but as a long-term movement that includes public dialogue, documentary storytelling, academic research, and transformational partnerships across racial lines.
